Dr. Zavala received his masters in audiology at Hunter College of CUNY (New York, New York) and his Doctorate in audiology from Salus University (Elkins Park, PA). His clinical training was completed at Columbia University Medical Center/New York Presbyterian Hospital and practiced as an audiologist there until July 2007. He was the Audiology Site Director at Columbia University Medical Center’s Eastside Practice until 2010 after which he and his family relocated to Horsham, PA. His main interests include the diagnosis and management of hearing disorders. He is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.
Jennifer R. Raneri, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Jennifer R. Raneri joined Norriton Hearing Center in 2022. She completed her masters and doctoral degree in Audiology at the University of Pittsburgh. She has two decades of experience in hearing healthcare and is passionate about finding hearing health solutions for each patient’s unique listening needs. Dr. Raneri is skilled in comprehensive audiologic evaluation and fitting of state-of-the-art hearing aids and assistive listening technologies for all ages. Her other areas of clinical interest include hearing conservation and fitting of custom communication and musician earpieces. Dr. Raneri has worked with several musicians and sportscasters in the Philadelphia area.
Dr. Raneri has a commitment to patients and the community at large. She resides in Collegeville with her husband and twin daughters. When she isn’t practicing, she enjoys vacationing Sea Isle City and teaching fitness classes at a local studio.
Front Office Manager
Theresa Falencki is the Front Office Manager in our practice and has been with Norriton Hearing Center since 2013. She loves working with and helping people and that is evident with her warm, caring personality and her quick witted humor. Her goal each day is to give our patients exceptional customer service, by addressing their concerns, answering all questions she is able to and finding the best time on our schedule to meet their specific needs. This makes her a true asset to our practice. She has worked in some form of the medical field on and off for over 35 yrs, including Nursing and Dental, when she was not at home raising her now married daughter and managing the restaurant she owned with her Father for 6 yrs. Her life’s greatest enjoyment is spending time with those she loves, cooking big dinners for family and friends, spending time at the beach or in the mountains, listening to music, singing, spoiling her pets and one day hopes to take a very long road trip across the country, to see all the beauty that is right here in the USA.
Recently retired, Bobbie works part-time and brings over 30 years of customer service and marketing experience to the Norriton Hearing Center team. Bobbie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and an Associates of Arts degree in Business from the University of Phoenix.
In addition to her commitment to providing the highest level of customer service, she loves outdoor activities such as fishing and camping. She is a jazz enthusiast and she also enjoys canning and pickling vegetables.
Linda is currently working part time on marketing for Norriton Hearing, database management, following up on insurance claims, and also fills in at front desk duties when Theresa is out of the office.
Recently retired after 20 years as COO, planning international conferences world-wide on all new wireless technologies with major leaders in the industry.
Currently also working part time handling the accounting for real estate financial lender, volunteering, and spending time and helping out with 2 grandchildren.
Prior to COVID she enjoyed cruising and traveling with family and friends and is hoping to get back to global travel in 2022. Travel has included all 50 states, plus 60 countries at this time.
