Front Office Manager
Theresa Falencki is the Front Office Manager in our practice and has been with Norriton Hearing Center since 2013. She loves working with and helping people and that is evident with her warm, caring personality and her quick witted humor. Her goal each day is to give our patients exceptional customer service, by addressing their concerns, answering all questions she is able to and finding the best time on our schedule to meet their specific needs. This makes her a true asset to our practice. She has worked in some form of the medical field on and off for over 35 yrs, including Nursing and Dental, when she was not at home raising her now married daughter and managing the restaurant she owned with her Father for 6 yrs. Her life’s greatest enjoyment is spending time with those she loves, cooking big dinners for family and friends, spending time at the beach or in the mountains, listening to music, singing, spoiling her pets and one day hopes to take a very long road trip across the country, to see all the beauty that is right here in the USA.
